Nationalpark Bike-Marathon

The National Park Bike Marathon offers spectacular routes for beginners, families and professionals.

The National Park Bike Marathon runs through the picturesque villages of the Engadin and over challenging passes such as the Chaschauna and Costainas. Participants cross wild forests, pass the highest Swiss stone pine forest and enjoy breathtaking mountain panoramas. The event offers a suitable route for every ability level, whether professional, family or amateur.

For families and children, 30 to 31 August:
Children have plenty to experience at the National Park Bike Marathon: In the "For young and old" category, young bike enthusiasts can experience exciting adventures together with adults. The Putèr and Zernezer routes are technically easy and wind their way through real Engadin villages such as Guarda and Ftan, where the cyclists are greeted by cheering spectators and the sound of cowbells. The future bike stars can also take part in the free Kids Race the day before the main race to test their skills and stamina. Fun and a competitive spirit are guaranteed.

Five routes - one destination, Scuol, 31 August:
The routes of the National Park Bike Marathon entice amateurs, professionals and families through breathtaking landscapes, spectacular mountain panoramas and wild nature around the Swiss National Park, one of the most picturesque cycling events in Switzerland. There are five different routes on offer, ranging from 33 kilometres to 141 kilometres, suitable for participants aged 16 and over:

  • Vallader: 141 km
  • Jauer: 107 km
  • Livignasco: 70 km
  • Putèr: 47 km
  • Zernezer: 33 km
