The border region to Germany offers an extensive programme for a relaxing holiday especially for families and nature lovers. Far away from mass tourism, here you enjoy being active in beautiful nature. The region includes the four municipalities of Lofer, St. Martin bei Lofer, Unken and Weißbach.
The Salzburg Saalachtal Valley is the perfect place especially for E-bikers. The bike shops and hire stations are absolute pros when it comes to motorised cycling fun. A total of 100 E-mountain bikes is available for hire. Cross-border routes to Germany are ideal for day tours. An absolute must-see destination is the Heutal Valley near Unken - a pearl of nature where you experience the landscape in its original beauty at your fingertips.
Proprietor Leo, a competition-experienced biker, must have passed his passion for mountain biking to his son Chris because he is now a qualified bike and freeride guide and knows the most beautiful routes, starting directly at the front door - including downhill and single trails.
