The former spa & bathhouse has a long health and wellness tradition, as the mineral spring that feeds the Schütterbad has always been believed to have special health-promoting properties. In the summer months, the yoga sessions by the natural swimming pond with Steffi offer an additional way to relax.
At the Schütterbad, there is not only a sense of awareness, conscious perception and conscious pleasure when it comes to mountain biking and relaxation, but also in terms of food. The products that come on the table are largely regional – fresh and honest, refined with herbs from the hotel garden. The milk comes from cows from the Salzburg region, the bread from Unken bakers and the trout from the hotel’s own pond.

Klassische MTB Tour übers Unkenbachtal und Winklmoosalm zur idyllischen Wildalm.Durchs malerische Unkenbachtal radeln wir der berühmten Winkelmoosalm entgegen. Doch kurz davor machen wir noch je nach Können, über ein kurzes Schiebestück oder nicht, zur Mucklause. Ein altes Stauwerk zur Holzdrift.
Die Winkelmoosalm lassen wir links liegen und biken weiter zur Wildalm, deren Terrasse wohl die schönste Aussicht über das Heutal hat.
Durchs Heutal und über den Sonnberg rollen wir hinunter zum Schütterbad.
