Bikehotel KlausenBike holiday in Kirchberg in Tyrol
Biking and cooking are the two callings of your bike host Andy Hauser. His Sport & Familienhotel Klausen in Kirchberg in Tyrol offers the perfect starting point for bike tours, hikes and natural experiences in the den Kitzbühel Alps and is also perfectly tailored to bikers. The mountain biker is king here!
Located right next to the Fleckalmbahn cable car, you can go straight from your hotel bed to the MTB track! After enjoying a hearty breakfast for sportspeople, of course. In the evening, you’ll again experience Tyrolean hospitality and cosiness when Andy has his biking followers around him at the regulars table. Guests can discuss the day together and make plans for the next day e.g. guided tours with the certified MTB guides, technique training with the Bike Academy, signature trails such as the Fleckalm trail – the weekly MTB programme leaves nothing to be desired. Young bikers can earn their spurs on the practice area right behind the hotel. And just in case you were asking: there is, of course, also a Hahnenkamm Bike Trail. Tackle the 6.2 km flow trail with an altitude of 865 m and follow in the tracks of Hermann Maier, Axel Lund Svindal & co. – it’s one hell of a ride (but also suitable for MTB beginners)! After an active day spent going uphill & downhill, you can enjoy some relaxation in the wellness area with its saunas and swimming pool.
Guided tours in 2 performance levels from TUE to SAT (also for eMTBs)
Technique training in 2 performance levels on MON; ride & learn trail tour on WED
Training terrain with a cross-country course & pump track right by the hotel

Bike-CompetenceThe best place for mountain bikers
25 years ago, I was one of the first interested in mountain biking and in mountain bike holidays. I am very delighted that this sport has now so many fans.
Even after such a long time, I am still a passionate biker who uses the MTB routes and trails of our region as counterbalance to everyday life.
