Find your flow through the Three Peaks

Here, you’ll find something to suit every taste! The Three Peaks and the five distinctive towns come together to create one great cycling experience: Sesto, San Candido, Dobbiaco, Villabassa and Braies. All of them are vibrant South Tyrolean towns with their hearts in the right place – right under their cycling gear. For your mountain bike holiday in South Tyrol with 100% cycling enthusiasm, 360° mountain panoramas and perfect cycling infrastructure:

  • Sexten sends you across the border to the Carnic Ridge – including access to the Erla singletrack (approx. 6 km) and the Standschützen singletrack (approx. 4 km / 560 m elevation gain)
  • San Candido offers the perfect base camp vibe for tours across the wide valley floor in all directions. Directly from your urban Dolomite living room.
  • Dobbiaco is conveniently situated at the junction of several valley cycle paths and boasts the MTB paradise of the Silvestertal – as well as alpine routes to the Marchkinkele at 2,545 m
  • Niederdorf is perfect for leisure cyclists – your idyllic retreat offering plenty of peace and quiet and a rich history of racing: the Dolomiti Superbike shaped the scene for years.
  • Prags opens the door to relaxed e-bike rides towards Lake Braies and Plätzwiese. Impressive panoramic views of the Fanes-Sennes-Prags Nature Park included.

Trails with character in the Three Peaks Dolomites region

Take on the challenge of mountain biking in the Three Peaks Dolomites region and reward yourself with a truly spectacular Dolomite experience. Make a statement with the Demuth Passage: around 29 km and 1,550 metres of elevation gain, technically demanding, high-alpine and partly exposed. You start comfortably by lift from the village of Helm and then carve your ideal lines along the Carnic Ridge.

Even more alpine flow awaits you on the Marchkinkele Trail – the region’s second signature trail. Switchbacks, natural sections and panoramic views alternate – a wild ride through history and terrain.
