E-Bike World Cup for everyone

From 5 to 7 September 2024, world championship titles will be awarded in Ischgl at the biggest e-bike race in the world.

Ischgl Calls for the 2024 E-Bike World Championship for Everyone

From September 5 to 7, 2024, professional athletes and casual cyclists from the age of ten will have a chance to win a world championship title in Ischgl for the fourth time. The rules of the world's largest E-bike race, confirmed by Guinness World Records since 2023, are simple: "While the fastest biker in the 'Elite' category will be crowned world champion, participants in the 'Everyone' category compete against three time limits (Gold, Silver, and Bronze). E-bikers who beat one of the three defined limits receive an official 'Everyone' World Championship Gold, Silver, or Bronze medal. Those who beat the Gold limit can call themselves world champions. In addition to the medal in the 'Everyone' category or the ranking in the overall standings of the 'Elite' category, the best in each age group by gender and category will be awarded. Highlight: The E-Bike Fox Hunt to Idalp."

Program

September 5, 2024
The popular Fox Hunt Challenge sends E-bikers on Thursday evening on the uphill track towards Idalp, following the trail of two "foxes" who start ahead but without electricity. The "charged" hunters must try to catch a female and a male fox in two starting blocks.

September 6, 2024
On the day before the World Championship race, an open qualifying event for the 'Elite' category participants will take place, determining the starting order for the E-Bike World Championship based on the fastest times. Participation is not mandatory. Those who do not participate will automatically be placed at the back of the starting order.

September 7, 2024
E-Bike World Championship: The 28.1-kilometer course for the 'Everyone' category features 530 meters of elevation gain over wide paths with breathtaking panoramas and impressive mountain scenery, challenging participants' E-bike skills. The 'Elite' category participants will face a newly expanded 42.1-kilometer technically demanding course with 1,540 meters of elevation gain, featuring steep climbs, spectacular single trails, and obstacles along the way.

Colorful Supporting Program
