What you call him, what you see him as, is as diverse as his life is varied. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in sports science, an A-licence fitness trainer diploma, training as a mountain bike guide, and manages the D&D Loft GYM and Bikehub. He has been part of the team as a mountain bike guide for years before taking over the management. He learnt from the best and his personality supports his leadership qualities. People come first. That's what sets him apart and you can feel it. He helps you to progress in your sport and responds to your individual needs in the best possible way.

Here at Dips&Drops you will find over 30 years of biking expertise. After 30 years as a bike hotel, we are more committed and passionate about what we do than ever before. Added to this is a good portion of expertise, experience and perfection.
The Dips&Drops team is a successful mix of locals, sports trainers and mechanics, all of whom are trained MTB guides. Our guides are as diverse as our guests, so every guest is guaranteed to find their own guide.
Not only the Bikehotel Dips&Drops, but the whole region of Flachau has dedicated itself to biking. The bike route network is constantly being expanded and improved. Since 2018, Flachau has been the starting point for Roland Stauder's 148-kilometre Stoneman Taurista, where you cycle over 4,500 metres in altitude. Of course, we offer a return service at the bike hotel if you opt for one of the multi-day Stoneman tours. The tour to the Frauenalam and around the Aigenberg in the Bikepark Wagrain are among the classics.
