Bike guide Georg uses his local knowledge to show you his tour highlights and favourite alpine pastures in the region on a mountain bike and e-bike.
The bike hotel in Tyrol is jointly run by the Schwarz and Kotz families, who share their passion for sport with their guests. If you enjoy racking up the vertical metres together with like-minded people, then the Schönruh is the ideal place for you. Auf dem Forstweg geht es durch den Lärchenwald, über den Panoramaweg nach Biberwier - Weißensee und weiter über den Fernpaß auf dem alten Römerweg zum Fernsteinschloß und -see. Es folgt eine lange und steile Auffahrt zum Marienbergjoch und ein genialer, langer Downhill zurück nach Biberwier. Cracks können auch über die Nassereither Alm und dann einen extremen Trailpfad bergab fahren (kaum erkennbar – Schiebestrecke). Einkehrmöglichkeiten: Hotel Fernstein, Aschlandhof, Marienbergalm, Marienberghütte, Sunnalm (neue, schöne Hütte bevor es dann bergab nach Biberwier geht)
