Roman Erlacher, your host, is one of the pioneers and veterans in the world of mountain biking in South Tyrol. His enthusiasm will inspire even couch potatoes to perform great things on a bike. By his side and also on his bike as often as possible: his son Thomas. The charming hotel run by the Erlacher family is located in St. Vigil in Enneberg, a small mountain village at 1,200 metres above sea level in the heart of the Fanes-Sennes-Prags Nature Park. At the foot of the Kronplatz you’re surrounded by the Dolomites and unspoilt nature. You wouldn’t actually need much else here but there’s still no shortage of amenities. The lovingly run hotel has many places to withdraw and enjoy the alpine chic style and the best alpine wellness and regional South Tyrolean specialities from kitchen chef Sebastiano and his gourmet team.
The main course consists of delicious mountain bike & road bike tours, 600 km of trails and 5 guided MTB tours per week – all served by hotel manager Roman and guides from the St. Vigil Bike School. Follow this with a biking dessert of wellness, Rasul baths and hay baths, a pool and sauna landscape, as well as a relaxation and fitness area.

Eine Tour mit einem fabelhaften Panorama und einem schönen Trail-Stück. Ein leichtes Gefälle bis La Valle. Auf der Hauptstraße geht es Richtung Piccolein und weiter auf der wunderschönen Waldstraße, die uns nach Longega und später nach Hause bringt. Wir starten direkt beim Sport Hotel exclusive in St. Vigil und fahren von dort bergauf auf einer asphaltierten Straße Richtung Westen. Über den Weg Nr. 13 erreichen wir nach etwa 3,5 km, hinter dem Restaurant Trattoria La Para aussichtsreiche Forst- und Waldwege. Ab Kilometer 10 nimmt die anstrengende Bergauffahrt ein vorläufiges Ende. Am Crusc de Rit biegen wir nach rechts ab und fahren auf das Ritjoch zu (Ju – 1876 m), genießen die verdiente Abfahrt und passieren die Weiler von Wengen. Nach 3 Kilometern ist die Erholungsphase vorbei - den Wegen Nr. 15 und 13 folgend meistern wir nun das nächste Teilstück. Auf halbem Weg sorgt die Jausenstation Ranch da Andrè mit landestypischen Gerichten für eine Stärkung aller Einkehrenden. Der folgende Weg führt ab Kilometer 16,3 in den dichten Wald hinein und über eine Steigung gelangen wir zu den Armentarawiesen, die berühmt sind für ihre mannigfaltige Blumenpracht. Ein Kleinod für sich ist auf 2.000 m Höhe am Fuße der senkrechten Felswände das Wallfahrtskirchlein Heilig Kreuz. Die abwechslungsreiche Abfahrt bringt uns zum Valgiarëihof nach Furnacia und zurück nach Wengen und St. Martin in Thurn. Danach folgen wir der Waldstraße, dem alten Postweg, talauswärts bis nach Zwischenwasser, von wo es noch vier Kilometer Anstieg bis St. Vigil und zurück zum Sport Hotel exclusive sind.
