220 kilometres of cycling adventures between the Verwall and the Lechtal Alps

When you hop on your bike in the Arlberg, you’ll experience the Tyrolean mountains from a very special perspective. Whether with or without an electric boost: in St. Anton, the climb will definitely reward you with panoramic views of some of the region’s most beautiful high valleys. And with the region’s summer pass, the ascent into the Tyrolean mountain landscape becomes even easier: it allows you to use the Arlberg mountain railways free of charge, saving you the effort of pedalling uphill.

Along the way, numerous alpine huts invite you to stop for a bite to eat, whilst modern e-bike infrastructure with several charging stations guarantees extra range. At the Konstanzer Hütte, Heilbronner Hütte and Darmstädter Hütte, you can recharge your batteries – and your bike’s batteries – at the same time. In this way, St. Anton am Arlberg combines sporting challenges with Tyrolean cuisine.

High-alpine trails, panoramic routes & bike-and-hike experiences

At the heart of the region are the varied trails and high-alpine tours. The Galzigtrail delights with challenging sections and spectacular views over the Stanzertal valley. On the e-bike tour to the Heilbronner Hütte, you’ll enjoy impressive panoramas and high-alpine landscapes, whilst the Verwall Loop, with its emerald-green lakes, ranks among the most beautiful leisurely tours in the Arlberg region.

If you want to go even higher, simply combine your bike and hiking boots on the popular ‘Bike and Hike’ experience. This allows you to reach scenic summits and secluded spots that remain off-limits to other cyclists. Simply authentic mountain sports moments combining freedom, nature and adventure.
