Höllkar Trail in the Paznaun - Ischgl bike region

The 7175 Höllkar Trail is one of the highlight trails in Ischgl and combines impressive high mountain landscapes with varied riding fun.

Höllkar Trail

The starting point is the mountain station of the Flimjochbahn cable car. From there, the route initially leads along a track in the direction of Saalaserkopf and presents itself in this section as a blue trail with a moderate level of difficulty.

Past the striking Schwarze Wand, the trail continues through the Höllkar to the Sassgalunkopf. A particularly varied section with flowing bends and exciting Northshore elements awaits here, giving the trail additional character.

From the milking parlour, the route then continues leisurely along a road to the middle station of the Silvrettabahn cable car. With around 6 kilometres of trail and 1,189 metres of altitude difference downhill, the Höllkar Trail offers a varied descent and is one of the most impressive routes in the Ischgl trail network.
