The lovingly renovated hotel is located in Ortisei in Val Gardena at the foot of the Sella massif - the name should get your pulse racing with anticipation. Junior manager Daniel Stuflesser is on hand with help and advice - be it with tips on tour planning, MTB technique courses or a joint Sellaronda tour (his absolute favourite tour among all the region's highlight tours).

Mountain bike holidays at the bike hotel in St. Ulrich
You can feel the Ladin hospitality and warm care throughout the Digon team and in every corner. Here you can breathe in the mountain air - the traditional woodcarving village is situated at 1,236 metres above sea level. Irma's homemade Kaiserschmarren - a delicious regional speciality - tastes twice as good after a bike tour.
The rooms are also furnished with great attention to detail and authenticity in typical South Tyrolean style. The wood for the handcrafted furniture and walls comes from the local forests - and from time to time some of this wood ends up on the plate. Finally, Irma's kitchen team only serves regional and seasonal natural products - mostly from the hotel's own farm. The down-to-earth yet light South Tyrolean cuisine is complemented by Italian specialities.
Since summer 2022 - a 15m infinity pool where you can round off a day of biking in style.

I've been a biker for quite a while and started biking very early on.
I can still remember my first hardtail, with which I explored the first trails, very well. I also rode my first races here in the valley on it and was always out and about in nature.
Later, I also took part in the Sellaronda Hero to keep myself in shape. :)
I have continued my training and also passed the bike guide exam.
I've been a member of the South Tyrol Bike Guides Association since 2015, where we have to attend mandatory training courses every year to keep up to date. As you can see, my enthusiasm for biking is great and it is precisely this passion that I want to convey to our guests by being available to guide and provide advice and assistance at all times.
