Mountain biking in Val Gardena - Dolomites

Mountain biking in Val Gardena means fun and challenge for you as sporty biker. Here you can enjoy freedom on steep ascents and downhill routes, diverse trails and a wide range of MTB tours from the beginning of June until mid-October. If your fitness level is not quite sufficient yet, then you best use one of the many lift facilities.

3,800 altitude metres, 6 lifts, fantastic trails and only 700 altitude metres uphill; this makes it easy to choose the Sella Ronda, a unique bike adventure. You can look forward to amazing views at the UNESCO World Heritage site - the Dolomites, technically challenging single trails and plenty of lasting impressions of a unique natural landscape.

But you will also enjoy the region as beginner or with the family. Tours on the Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi) - one of Europe’s largest and most beautiful alpine pastures - will delight you.
