Our bike mad junior boss
The Lindenhof has been a member of “Mountain Bike Holidays” the hotels for several years. This stems from Joachim Nischler’s enthusiasm for biking; he is on his bike himself at least four times a week. It’s not only mountain biking that is important to him, but also racing biking. He has been a participant in Transalp (coming in the top 50), and the Stilfserjoch race, as well as being a main figure and co-founder of the Ötzi Bike Academy, with its qualified bike guides and 12 guided tours each week.

Welcome to the Lindenhof, your holiday resort for wellness and gourmet – fitness & bike holidays. As is the case every year, we endeavour to pamper you physically, mentally, and in a culinary way. We, being the family Nischler junior and senior, together with 45 additional enthusiastic and kindhearted colleagues, all professionals in their areas. What we offer to you is, though, what happens in our life anyway, and that’s what I find so fantastic, and above all genuine.
And what I like doing with my family and my guests is the following:
Food and drink of the highest quality from my 8 cooks in the excellent gourmet kitchen, or eating with friends, organising wine weeks and excursions with my guests, biking more than 5000 km, either on a mountain bike or a racing bike, keeping fit with my fitness trainer and jogging with friends, or doing weight training in my “Fit & House”, and relaxing afterwards in my Beauty Farm and in the wellness facility. So, as you can see, everything we offer here is linked to my hobbies. I guarantee you quality. Joachim Nischler

12 Tours each week
And our junior boss is with you too. The Ötzi Bike Academy, with its tour guides, has discovered many new routes again this year. We ride every day, Monday to Friday, in two different ability groups. Tours range from 550 vertical metres to tours up to the Schnalstaler glaciers. There are downhills for everyone. Everything is possible, from 500 to 1800 vertical metres a day.
