All ability groups are led by our guides, they are all great, and each one has his own speciality.
Markus ... Our man for the ladies. Lady bikers love his approach, his patience, and his “non-macho” image.
Elgar ... A great, sensitive guy with lots of expertise, very popular with everyone
Alex ... Our “good looker” with perfect manners and expertise, he is also an extreme sportsman!
Florian ... The youngest, a free ride specialist who enjoys building bikes. He is sure to take the teenager weeks.
And of course Georg ... The big guy! He knows the area like no other, no single trailer escapes his knowledge, no climb is too steep, and no descent is too stony.

The nice thing is that after the tours, everyone meets in the courtyard for a latte or a beer. Laughing, chatting, quite simply a fun way of rounding off the tour.

You also get to meet the other people who are looking after you mornings, afternoons, and evenings, when you are not on a tour.

Hillo Rieder doesn’t miss much! Beginning with telephone contact, reception, copying, enquiries, telephone calls, the first point of contact for any problems, taxi driver (for transfers back), and also for culinary things, and the less pleasant task: payment! Plenty of love and charm, always looking after everyone.

And the boss, Karl Rieder! The best in sports expertise: biking, hiking, marathon, technique, cars. In the evenings at the bar when everyone’s discussing, chatting, and asking questions, he knows the answer to everything. Some bikers come away from their companions to climb the fantastic peaks. He is, after all, the hiking guide in the hotel.

But what board that all be without great food, perfect service, and good sleep? Our crew in the kitchen, the worker bees upstairs, and Luc with his service team deserve praise in how they provide all that. A Belgian in Tyrol, himself a keen marathon runner (Amsterdam, Vienna, Berlin… Zugspitze with the boss). He really knows how to spoil you, whether that be with a fantastic wine recommendation, a listening ear, a joke, and his tips.
