That is our motto for the summer. Claudia, a qualified health trainer, keeps everyone who is not biking fit. Nadja and Gottfried, qualified bike guides, know the best trails and the best huts for refreshment. Of course, there are insider tips to be had, and a lot of fun too.

There has always been mountain biking in Leogang, but, since the Leogang bike park was built, it is hard to imagine this place without it. In addition to the spectacular downhills in the bike park, those who enjoy tours will also be in their element here.

Gottfried, who runs the hotel, and Nadja Herzog (Junior) have both undergone the training to become mountain bike guides and will gladly show you the most beautiful spots and trails here.

Just so that you can be spoiled for choice when it comes to selecting your tours: the B team from the Bike School is also on hand. Martin, Gerhard, and Sabine are true professionals. Their mountain bike discovery days are especially popular, where you learn specific tricks in technique and then head off into the terrain to apply what you have learnt.

Of course, the freeride gondola tours into the Saalbach World Championship area are also popular. The “Schreiende Brunnen” tour has been described many times in bike magazines as a top tour, and we can confirm that.

The new bike trailer means that new areas are accessible. This will be especially interesting for our regular guests, because we will be offering brand-new tours, which up until now were simply too far away. We simply do a section in the Hotel-Bike-Bus, and enjoy the new variety that is on offer.

The family bike trailer makes family holidays with us more flexible. At last, you can go on tours and enjoy sport together, without having to divide the day up. The nice thing about it is that the little ones have a lot of fun, and sleep for a lot of the journey.

The Bike School with Martin offers a 7 day weekly programme with unforgettable highlights, in different ability groups.

Of course, there are other tours available to those who have already enjoyed mountain biking in Leogang, and we are always on the lookout for new trails so we can inspire our regular guests with new rides.
In addition to guiding, we also have some camps planned. Our aim is to make progress with you, spending time with each of you personally to help you. An important part of this is to be in the company of those of a like mind.

Another special highlight for a mountain bike guests is the mountain bike guide training, which happens every summer here. Leogang, the bike park, and the Landhotel Rupertus make the ideal training venue.

Both of the trainers, Manfred Pfeifer and Martin Budweiser will teach you over 8 days the theory and practical about everything to do with mountain biking, and will enable you, after successfully passing the exam, to turn your hobby into a career. And, at the end of every bike day, you can refresh yourself fully in the bathing lake, in our sauna area, or with a piece of home-made cake on the sun terrace. In the evening, you can refuel on vitamin-rich salads from the buffet and our varied menus.
