There are things you can rely on: expertise and service do not come about by accident at “Mountain Bike Holidays”. When, how often, and from whom can you get expert bike knowledge? When are certain services available and what do they cost? Every “Mountain Bike Holidays” Hotel has concrete answers to these questions. Each hotel has committed itself to this, and is checked each year.

The new cog mark system – 3 to 5 cogs, defining the bike service in the individual hotels, serves as an orientation help for bike guests.

All criteria are checked by MTS Austria GmbH with a special quality management system “Q-MTS^®” for theme hotels. “Q-MTS^®” is certified by TÜV Austria cert GmbH, DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
