Welcome to the Hotel Excelsior. My name is Werner Call. For 15 years I have been running this family business with my wife, Tamara. We have constantly modernised our business, and the Excelsior has become one of the best sport and wellness hotels in South Tyrol. Our motivated team, who benefit from regularly training, are looking forward to helping you have a great time.

As a bike pioneer in the Dolomites, I, together with Uli Stanziu (publisher of Bike magazine and organiser of the Transalp tours) have ridden all the trails, forest tracks, and old military roads around St. Vigil in Enneberg, Kronplatz, and in the nature park Fanes-Sennes-Prags and compiled them as maps and GPS tours. Thanks to my passion and Uli Stanziu’s know-how, we have managed to put together a unique package of tours for every riding ability.

We, together with our friends and bike guides Hans and Raimund, offer numerous guided tours each week in two ability groups. You can also ride these tours by using our maps and GPS.

The guests who come to the Hotel Excelsior for mountain biking are usually leisure bikers. They love to combine sporting activity with excellent cuisine, beautiful wines, and professional care in our Castello di Dolasilla Beauty & SPA.

Thanks to our trained colleagues, we offer you a unique and professional service. We will spoil you with our fit and active programme, for example group gymnastics, Nordic walking, relaxation gymnastics etc. and the special beauty and well-being treatments, either alone or with a partner.
